IMPORTANT Order Information

All of our items are MADE to order. Please, verify your cart and shipping information prior to completing your purchase as ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Orders take 24-48 hours to be processed. This time is NOT included within our estimate shipping time.

What are the estimated shipping times?

Domestic Shipping Times (USA): 5-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

International Shipping Times: 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

International Orders: Please add another 7-14 Days to our usual expected shipping times. If you have any questions on your order feel free to Email us. We will try to respond within 24 hours.

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on item & Quantity!

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so long as the order has not been processed/shipped out yet.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What are your shipping options?

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at [Projectnumaco@gmail.com]

Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

I am missing items from my order
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please contact us at

Hours of Operation
We are just a small team of two. Our days of operations are Monday-Friday and are Closed on weekends and national holidays ( Since we are 100% online by this i mean orders are NOT processed during the weekends)

Please Note:

Our team is NOT liable for any LOST or STOLEN packages. Once a package has been shipped out it is out of our hands and the Courier is held liable for your package. We do NOT deliver packages.

We ask that you please go to the Courier website to file a claim for any missing packages. All orders will receive tracking information. If you experience package theft often we ask you please speak to your local delivery in regards to leaving the packages somewhere secure/out of sight.
